What do you do when GPS goes horribly wrong and takes you up the most terrifying mountain road with 2 teenage girls and leaves your truck and camper stranded in bear country? Imagine that you have no phone signal, no way to get in touch with friends or family and there is no way to back down or turn around. You are also being swarmed by mosquitoes and the sun is setting so the dark and cold are starting to take over. You pray. You pray to God for help and then He sends you Dale and Aron Anderson. Not only did Aron have the decency to stop his car when we flagged him down for help, he realized there was no cell service to dial 911 and gathered his troops to go back and assist the girls who were alone on the side of the road. Aron, Dale and their friend took time out of their camping vacation and drove up this narrow mountain road to assess our situation. They realized the only thing to do was to continue up until there was a place to turn around. They also realized that I was terrified out of my mind and was in no shape to continue driving. Dale took my keys, Aron took my girls and over 2 hours later we were back on safe ground. They did not complain or make us feel bad or guilty about our unfortunate situation. They helped with the most gracious and giving attitude I have ever encountered and I had an opportunity to show my girls that there are still beautiful humans in this world. Even though I have not had the chance to work with them on a professional level, I have absolute trust in their sincerity and will happily give them all my future tire and automotive business. A Automotive is a really good auto shop. I have been taking my vehicles there for several years. They do excellent work with fair prices, and the people are all very friendly and helpful. A Automotive is also AAA approved. I highly recommend them for all your auto needs.
These guys are truly super. I needed to get tires in a hurry. They took my vehicle right in and within an hour I was on my way to work. Yes I will go here again. Price on a set of tires was reasonable. Coffee was great and staff more that friendly, great shop. thanks guys.
First of all I told my son NOT to take his car here that they were the worst Colville has to offer. I told him that they charge way to much, and they are not that good, but he wen't with them anyway. My son's car was over heating, they kept it over night, and called him the next day and told him it was fixed, they charged him $322.66 and the car was NOT fixed, it still got hot. I would NEVER take anything to them, they looked him right in the eyes and lied to him. If you have a toaster that needs fixed you might give them a try, but don't take your car to them. This is my honest view of them. I hope this helps someone.

Eric as a first time customer I apologize that we didn't meet your expectations. We talked on the phone and this story here is different than what we talked about, so I am confused on what to believe. As stated to you and your son being limited in the time you allowed us to work on your car and the initial Customers Concerns talking to your son we did address it all, this is very unfortunate that we did not know you were loosing coolant, we had no evidence or reason to believe coolant loss was an issue. Just the fan wasn't coming on causing the engine to overheat (This only happened once told by your son). We could not drive your car for the 20+ miles your Son stated to us before it overheated again, I did offer, if you could leave us the vehicle, to check for head gasket issues now knowing coolant loss was going on for no charge to you. You could not due to time restrictions. Diagnostic work is a step by step process and you have to have the basics working before condemning major engine issues. I hope this helps with more explanation and that your son made it home.
